Note: If a player does not have a rating (NR) or the rating is provisional (*), with 10 or fewer games recorded, the player can join any division.

Disqualification: Registering in a lower division than your rating may result in disqualification.

Tournament Format:

Round-Robin Play: Guaranteed minimum of 5 games (4 game minimum will play 15 point rounds), depending on bracket size.

Medal Rounds: For brackets with 10 or more teams.

Tiebreakers: 1) head-to-head results 2) point differential 3) head-to-head point differential 4) point differential against next-highest team

Registration Fees & Deadlines:

$70 per person for the first event.

$40 per person for an additional event.

Early Bird Discount: $5 off until September 12th, 11:59 PM.

Final Registration Deadline: October 5th, 11:59 PM.

No refunds after October 5th.

Registration Guidelines:

Enter Both Players’ Information: During checkout, ensure both players register and pay by the deadline.

Waiver Agreement: By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Waiver, Release of Liability, and Participant Conduct Agreement. Please review the document carefully before completing your registration.

Payment Options: Credit Cards are accepted safe and secure through STRIPE.

Confirmation: After successful online registration, you will receive a confirmation email and your name will be added to the division.

Refund Policy: Withdrawals before the registration deadline will be refunded one week after the deadline, minus a $3 processing fee per transaction. No refunds or credits after the deadline for any reason, including weather conditions.

Both players in a team must complete payment by the deadline. Teams with incomplete registrations and payment will be moved to the waiting list.

Changes: Email [email protected] before the registration deadline for any changes (partners, divisions, DUPR ID, contact info, etc.). No changes will be allowed after the deadline.

Rules:

Official Ball: Franklin X-40 yellow

Regulations: USAPA 2025 pickleball rules apply. Only USAPA-approved paddles are permitted. Net serves are in continuous play. Out calls must be clear and loud. UPA approved paddles are not allowed.

Rating Compliance: Partners can play above their DUPR rating but not below. If both partners are rated 3.49 or below, they may enter the 3.0 division. For the 3.5 division, both must be rated 3.99 or below.

5 teams: Double round robin, 1 game to 11, win by 1.

6-7 teams: Single round robin, 1 game to 15, win by 1.

8-10 teams: Single round robin, 1 game to 11, win by 2.

11-20 teams: Divided into two groups, top two from each group advance to medal rounds. Medal round will be one game to 15, win by 2.

21-40 teams: Divided into four groups, top two from each group advance to quarterfinals. Playoff will be one game to 11, win by 2.

DUPR Requirements:

Match Recording: All matches will be recorded to DUPR. Results will be uploaded within 2 weeks after the tournament.

DUPR Account: All players must have a DUPR account before registering.
